Abby Helander Hope's journey began in the picturesque mountains of Sandpoint, Idaho, where she grew up in a close-knit community. Her early life was deeply influenced by her family's athletic club in the town, sparking her lifelong interests in health, wellness, and community engagement. Abby's academic path led her to Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, followed by a BA in Communication Sciences from Boise State University.
Returning to her roots in Sandpoint, Abby played a pivotal role in transitioning her family's business, leading her to discover her entrepreneurial spirit. This led to the founding of Property by Helander in January 2019, following the family gym's sale to the YMCA and her attainment of a real estate license.
Over the course of five years, her enterprise has seen substantial growth in the real estate sector, with total closed sales from both residential and commercial properties surpassing 50 million dollars. Under Abby's guidance, the team has grown, adding two new members, which has greatly enhanced the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
Apart from her professional success, Abby is dedicated to giving back to her community. She initiated the '7B Acts of Kindness' program, collaborating with locals and businesses to support community initiatives on a quarterly basis.
Abby's expertise in real estate is particularly valuable for newcomers to the Sandpoint area. Leveraging her extensive local network, she assists clients in seamlessly integrating into the community, offering insights, connections, and recommendations for the Greater Panhandle area.
