Real estate is personal to me because North Idaho is personal to me. I was born and raised in Sandpoint and have spent most of my life building relationships, businesses and a career in this community. That history gives me a perspective on North Idaho that goes far beyond market statistics, I know the communities, the people and the nuances that make this area so special. I began my real estate career in 2019 after helping lead my family’s longtime Sandpoint business through its transition and sale to the YMCA. That experience strengthened an entrepreneurial mindset that continues to shape the way I approach real estate today.

Since then, I’ve built Property by Helander into a business spanning residential, luxury, commercial and investment real estate throughout North Idaho. I’ve represented buyers and sellers through everything from first homes and relocations to waterfront properties, acreage, commercial opportunities and complex transactions. I’m proud to have been recognized locally as Best of Bonner County Commercial Real Estate Agent, along with being named runner-up for Best of Bonner County Residential Real Estate Agent. Those recognitions are especially meaningful to me because this is the community where I was raised, built my career and continue to grow my business.
