Sandpoint | Schweitzer Mtn. Base
The Schweitzer commute puts you in the right area to access the Schweitzer Mountain Ski resort and all around access to outdoor recreation locations. This area has cozy homes and cabins that are sheltered by forest at the base of the mountain. During the winter, there is a bus area where skiers and snowboarders can take a ride up and down the mountain.

Many commute homes lie just south of the long bridge spanning Pend Oreille Lake, and some have an opportunity for views of the Pend Oreille river that feeds into the lake. These homes are also near by serene forested areas and ponds near Sagle, Idaho.
